Fantastic place to stay with a large family, lovely walk to the beach with added bonus of café. Great place to visit, wonderful indoor pool, nice and warm. Comfortable rooms. Croquet very popular.

We came back for a week!! So happy to be here again, family joining together from Plymouth, Wookey Hole, Bedford, Lancashire, Somerset, Dorset, Ivor, Barnet, Abbots Langley and Oxford. Again we didn’t want to leave but we will be back near Christmas, Bye House!
Youngest -4 weeks, oldest 78 years. House as beautiful as we remember. The pool was well used and lovely and warm. A few people used the outdoor pool. Lots of trips out and lots of fun in the house and grounds. A magic week and all together in one house, thank you.

Fab week 32 of us, all family get together for 80th birthday. Teenagers and adults alike all loved the place, so big. Pool fantastic. Loved it!!

First group family holiday and what a start. Fantastic place. Bigbury-On-Sea beach was fantastic and well worth the visit.

It was great! What a fantastic house for a holiday home for a large congregation gathering of 38!! Lots to see in surrounding areas. Too many things to see in 1 week. The Dartmouth Union in Holbeton inside is really nice. The Post Office in Holbeton you can order food from. The house is great for children and adults alike. It is great for ‘hide and seek’. Some places you never find!! So many things to do in the house. Lots of entertainment. Good things to see at Dartmouth, Salcombe, Bigbury-on-sea, Wembury, Noss Mayo. Costal walks are really good. Mothecombe beach is excellent. We would love to return one day! Beautiful and rewarding experience.
